An uncanny skill of being able to see new, creative approaches to providing an increased return on investment for the client has helped in solidifying his relationships.

His nineteen-year career in the Yellow Pages industry garnered him a reputation for putting his clients first. A rapid start with Tele-Direct Publications gave him his foothold in the business and his success within the corporation escalated to include membership in the elite President’s Gold Circle for fourteen years running.

Continued sales successes resulted in his recognition as the chosen candidate to head up a specialized sales team to handle the largest and most prestigious Yellow Pages customers, with revenues in excess of five million dollars annually. His talent to delve into his customer’s business needs and see what others had missed allowed him to achieve these goals. His success in this group continued for another 5 years.

He was approached at that time to assume a pivotal role in the Bell Actimedia owned CMR, with a view to become General Manager. When the company was sold to Publipage, Rick was recognized as a key asset of the business and an agreement was reached for him to stay on. Publipage is pleased to have Rick manage some of its most prestigious accounts.
